Tara Ozanyan is the Director of Business Development for Meredith Schlosser. Tara was born and raised in Los Angeles and has worked in the Real Estate industry for five years. Tara is the backbone of Meredith's team and is the reason Meredith can stay extremely organized. Meredith's clients call Tara and Meredith their "Nancy Drew" team. Together they are unstoppable. Meredith's mind races a million miles a minute and Tara is the only one that can keep up with her to make sure everything stays on track! Tara assists with every aspect of the transaction from listing a property to the close of escrow. When it comes to working with buyers, Tara is the scheduling machine. She sends the buyers listings before they hit the market and makes sure to keep them updated every week with open houses and market analysis reports.
Before joining Meredith’s team, Tara was the listing manager for a $2 Billion team in Santa Monica.Tara's role is extremely complex. She does everything from scheduling inspections, photographers/videographers for listings, organizing properties before they go to the market, managing the Escrow timeline, to scheduling showings for buyers and so much more. We could list a million other things but then Tara's bio would be way too long and no one would want to read it!

Sierra has been surrounded around real estate for the majority of her life. Growing up in Bay Harbor, Michigan and Palm Beach, Florida her parents were constantly developing and selling homes. In Bay Harbor, Michigan she had the opportunity to work alongside the developer and was an intern at Harbor Sotheby’s. For Sierra to be in this environment allowed her to develop a passion for architecture and design. Sierra does not only understand the architectural and design process of creating luxury real estate, but she also understands the construction process.
Sierra was a dedicated equestrian for 20 years. Each winter she would compete in Wellington, Florida against competitors from around the world. Later in her equestrian career she had a sales business where she would network with global clientele. By being a successful equestrian, she learned the fundamentals of hard work and dedication. Sierra carries these same fundamentals with her in her real estate career.

Jeremy jumped into the world of real estate after a successful career in the fashion industry. Always looking for a new challenge - Jeremy’s love for sales, interior design and architecture led him to this exciting new adventure.
Born and raised on a farm in Indiana, Jeremy’s humble upbringing sets him apart from other agents. His down to earth attitude and calm approach allows him to connect with his clients organically. Jeremy’s attention to detail and strong work ethic, gives his clients peace of mind in knowing their real estate transaction process will be as seamless and efficient as possible.
When he isn’t showing clients their potential new home, Jeremy can be found enjoying the surf and sand on a beach in SoCal or traveling home to his family’s farm for a relaxing stroll through the countryside on his horse.

Scott entered the Real Estate industry from the fashion world with 10+ years in extensive retail management. He successfully managed the region with $25 million in volume. He has extensive knowledge and a proven track record of client relationship management and a strong ability to build and maintain a customer service focused culture. Even at the senior director level, he always had a passion in engaging and helping people find the perfect wardrobe and is now using the same passion in finding buyers a house they can call home.
Scott is firmly committed to the philosophy “not quantity, but quality,” which he practices in both his personal and professional life. He only takes on projects that he can give it his complete attention to. Moreover, he works closely with his clients to identify the best options, not the most, in order to streamline their search process. With a background in client services in a luxury retail environment, Scott possesses a keen ability to listen and respond to his client needs.
Scott holds a BA in business management from the University of Southern California. Scott is fluent in Korean and intermediate in Japanese. When not selling real estate, Scott can be found traveling and seeking new adventures and enjoying the beaches of SoCal.
